Chef/ Owners John and Elizabeth Hamilton have returned to their roots to revitalize and rebirth this amazing historical property in the Finger Lakes Region.

Both grew up in Ithaca, and were married on this gorgeous property formerly known as the Rose Inn.  After a vicious fire destroyed the inn in 2004, the Hamiltons purchased the ruins in October of 2006 to rebuild.

Spending 8 months renovating the Restaurant (an 1852 restored barn) and rebuilding the Inn, they opened in May of 2007, cascading a fresh flow over the elaborate property.

Boasting 6 luxury rooms, all adorned with jacuzzi bathtubs, fireplaces, flat screen tv’s, private baths, wireless internet, ac and organic linens, the inn provides the best ingredients for a memorable stay.  Minutes from Cayuga Lake, Cornell, Ithaca College and the Bounty of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail Region in the heart of Central New York!

Utilizing their fresh culinary talents, the Hamiltons have brought forth a new vision to the epicurean scene of the Finger Lakes Region.  Showcasing a 3 course Price Fix Menu or A La Carte Options that change daily, they utilize fresh, local and sustainable ingredients in their wares.  A Newly offered 5 course Chef’s Tasting Menu will adorn its’ eaters to a truly memorable culinary experience.  Come taste the experience!
